Congratulations on taking the first step in your therapy process: researching your options, and finding the right therapist for you. If you feel like I may be a good fit for what you are looking for, the next step is to contact me to set up an initial session. Below are forms I respectfully request you complete prior to your first visit.
Our initial session will be our chance to get to know one another. I welcome questions about my approach, my experience as a therapist, and what you can expect from working with me. I also will ask you more about what brings you to seek therapy, and what you are hoping to get out of our time together.
We will set up regular weekly or biweekly appointments, depending on what your treatment needs and goals are.
