The 4-Day EFT Externship is an immersive introduction to Emotionally Focused Therapy, grounding therapists in attachment science, EFT theory, and core interventions. Through live clinical demonstrations, experiential exercises, and guided discussion, participants build foundational skills, clinical confidence, and community. This intensive training supports therapists in beginning to apply EFT with clarity, structure, and emotional attunement.
